Days filled with discussion, meetings, debates, and lots of chatting, fostering collaboration and the exchange of innovative ideas among REWET people in Parma, have just ended. The energy and enthusiasm generated during this time promise to drive forward the initiatives we have set in motion, ensuring continued progress and innovation in our collective endeavors.

The visit to the Open Lab 6 allowed us to share the oxbow lake in Gussola with the REWET group along with the restoration actions being undertaken, such as the lowering of the embankment to increase the possibility of the Po River flooding the oxbow lake. The debate between the partners and local stakeholders was very interesting and promising, highlighting various perspectives and potential strategies for effective environmental restoration. This exchange of ideas and experiences not only enriched our understanding but also strengthened our collaborative efforts towards achieving common goals.
